Every dog needs obedience training. Dogs operate in a pack and need leadership and structure to thrive. By teaching your dog basic obedience commands and reinforcing good behaviors with rewards your dog learns to trust and respect you.
As a professional dog trainers, our job is to teach your dog and lay a solid foundation of obedience. Then we teach you the owner how to implement and build on the structure of obedience we create.
Training is about teaching your dog what you want and how to behave properly and the process should be a positive and fun experience for you as well as your pet.
What Will my Dog Learn?
Obedience training addresses many common issues. In addition, to teaching your dog obedience commands, we teach you the owner as well.
One of the first changes you will notice after the training has started is that your dog will pay better attention to you, because now they know that you are in charge.
The training involves eliminating unwanted behaviors such as jumping, leash pulling, excessive barking, and much more. We teach your dog boundaries and give them a structure to follow.
Along with learning basic commands you, the owner, will gain extra confidence knowing you can control your dog and that they will listen to you. Even in places where there are other dogs, squirrels, birds and other distractions.
